AN OVERVIEW

Imagine eating a wrap or salad prepared with greens picked that morning, and folks will begin to understand how fresh the ingredients are that make up the menu at Black Bean Company. Owner and chef, Ellis Grossman, is all about quality ingredients and supporting the local community. Guests will find wraps, salads, and baked goods made with organic or all natural ingredients coming chiefly from local farms, Thackeray Farms and Energy Food Farms. Don't let the fact that this food is healthy fool you. It's also incredibly tasty.  

 

ATMOSPHERE

Diners here will find a relaxed, casual atmosphere with comfortable tables and booths. Meals at Black Bean won't leave folks feeling hungry, but are light and healthy at the same time. Potato chip and french fry sides that accompany meals at some other restaurants are replaced by yogurt, pasta salad, and fresh fruit options to name a few. There are also plenty of options for both meat lovers and vegan palettes. This is clearly a restaurant that cares about the community and the health and happiness of the people it serves.
