Imagine eating a wrap or salad prepared with greens picked that morning, and folks will begin to understand how fresh the ingredients are that make up the menu at Black Bean Company. Owner and chef, Ellis Grossman, is all about quality ingredients and supporting the local community. Guests will find wraps, salads, and baked goods made with organic or all natural ingredients coming chiefly from local farms, Thackeray Farms and Energy Food Farms. Don't let the fact that this food is healthy fool you. It's also incredibly tasty.
